摘要
我国对外直接投资取得了一定的成就 ,然而与世界水平相比还存在巨大的差距。对外直接投资的基本方式主要有两种 :新建企业和跨国并购。尽管我国企业的海外直接投资在这两个方面都有所发展 ,但同时也存在着规模小、能力弱、管理滞后和人才缺乏等不少亟须解决的问题。
China has attained certain accomplishment in the overseas direct investment.However,there still is a great gap comparing with the world level.There are two basic methods in the overseas direct investment:establishing new firms and overseas mergers.Although the Chinese enterprises have progressed substantially in the above two ways,there still exist many urgent problems such as small scale,weak competence,lagged management,deficient number of talents,etc.
