摘要
本文分析了中国企业跨国并购的现状、制约我国企业跨国并购的因素,阐述了我国企业跨国并购急需解决的战略问题,并提出了一些对策。
The article analyzes the present condition on cross-border M&As and points out some factors that restrict the cross-border M&As in Chinese enterprises.It explains some strategic problems which should be solved urgently and puts forward some countermeasures.
