摘要
松节油的主要成分是α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯 ,本文在三种传统合成工艺的基础上进行改进。以α-蒎烯和氯乙酸为原料 ,采用BPO作催化剂将α -蒎烯合成冰片 ,使得反应条件易于控制 ,而且缩短了反应周期和工艺路线 ,提高单位时间的产率 ,降低了合成温度 ,减少污染。合成的最佳反应条件是 :反应时间 3h ,反应温度 60℃ ,V(α-蒎烯 )∶m(氯乙酸 )∶m(BPO) =5 (mL)∶1 (g)∶0 75 (g)。初步探讨了反应的动力学 ,给出了其方程 ,并用IR谱图验证了产品。
The key ingredients of pine cone oil are α-Pinene and β-Pinene,α-Pinene is the main raw material to synthesize borneol. Synthesis methodology can be improved based on the three traditional ones:reaction condition easy to control,reaction period and process shortened,the rate of production improved,the synthesis tempreture decreased and pollution lessened by using BPO as catalyst, and chloroacetic acid as input materials.The optimum condition is:reaction time 3hrs,reaction temperature 60 ℃,V(α-Pinene)∶m(chloroacetic acid):m(BPO)=5(mL)∶1(g)∶0.75(g).Our primary research of the dynamics proved the IR spectra of the products.
