摘要
采用前加碱法制备阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂(APAM)。最佳工艺条件为:ρ(乙二酸四乙酸)=0.1mg/L,反应温度24~26℃,ρ(引发剂)=22~24mg/L,w(丙烯酰胺)=24%~28%,ρ(异丙醇)=35μg/L,pH=10,在该条件下可得到粘均相对分子质量达2.1×10^7的APAM。将APAM用于处理化工污水,当ρ(APAM)=4mg/L时,污水的浊度去除率为95.04%,CODcr去除率为86.32%。
Anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) of high molecular weight was prepared. The optimal conditions were found as follows: the concentrations of ethylene diamine tetraaeetie acid, initiator, isopropanol and acrylamide were 0.1 mg/L, 22- 24 mg/L, 35 μg/L and 24%-28%, respectively, reac tion temperature 24- 26 ℃, pH=10. Under these conditions, the molecular weight of the polyacryl- amide reached 2.1 × 10^7. Application results showed that when the dosage of APAM was 4 mg/L, removal rates of turbidity and CODcr were 95.04% and 86. 32% respectively.
