摘要
采用程序升温式酯化反应研究了GIC-90固体酸催化剂催化α-蒎烯与草酸酯化反应的规律,结果表明该酯化反应选择性较好,皂化后粗龙脑得率为45%~55%,副产物中二聚体较少,为8%~10%。反应放热量较小,通过控制外加热源电压可灵活调节反应温度程序,并可惜此调节粗龙脑得率和组成。
Esterification of α-pinene with oxalic acid over solid acid catalyst GIC-90 under programmedtemperatures was studied.Results showed that the selectivity of this esterification reaction was satisfactorywith only 8%~10%dimerization side-products,the yield of crude borneol after saponification is 49%~55%.Heat liberation was moderate in this reaction,and they yield and the compositions of crude borneolcould be ajusted to some extent by varying the temperature program by controlling the volts of the heating system.
