摘要
介绍了龙脑的来源和性质,以及水蒸气蒸馏法、化学合成法及植物细胞培养技术等龙脑制备方法,综述了龙脑的中枢神经作用、循环系统作用、抗炎作用、抗菌作用、与其它药物的相互作用等药理药效研究成果,以及天然龙脑在动物体内的分布及其与中医归经特征的关系,并对龙脑在医药和化工领域的应用进行了展望。
The origin and properties of borneol are illustrated.The prepatration methods of borneol including steam distillation,chemical synthesis and plant cell culture are introduced.Pharmacological-pharmacodynamic effects including the action on central nervous system,circulation system,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and the drug interaction of bornoel and other drugs are summarized.Tissue distribution in animals and the relationship between modern pharmacology technique and channel tropism description are described.The development prospect of borneol in the field of medicine and chemical engineering is explored,as well.
