摘要
作者用富锌麦芽、富硒麦芽、香菇提取液和牛肉水解液为原料 ,制作婴儿米粉、牛奶伴侣和方便早餐食品 ,并对产品有效成分进行了分析 。
This article described the preparation methods of baby rice flour,milk partner and instant breakfast food using the rich in-Zn malt,the rich in Se malt,the Lentinus edodes extracts and the hydrolyzed beef protein as raw materials.The effective components were analyzed and the quality standards were worked out.
