摘要
目的 :观察速释胃药叶绿酸铜钠片的药效学。方法 :按胃镜下溃疡消失或瘢痕形成及溃疡面缩小情况与甲氰咪胍对照比较。结果 :能明显减轻胃粘膜损伤、水肿、减少胃溃疡的发生和降低溃疡病的发生率。结论 :能直接修复溃疡面促进溃疡愈合且具有抗细胞诱变作用。
Objective: To investigate the pharmadynamics of quickly release gastric drug Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin Tablets. Methods: The therapeutical group was treated with Cu Chl Na Tablets and the control group was treated with Cimetidine condition of elimination ulcer and reduce area of ulcer were observed in gastroscope. Results: Cu Chl Na Tablets could obviously lessen damage of gastric mucosa and drop incidence rate of gastric ulcer. Conclusion: Cu Chl Na Tablets could directly restorate area of ulcer, promote abolition of ulcer and antimutagenesis in cells.
