摘要
目的:探讨提高慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效的有效方法。方法:采用不同治疗方案组间对照的方法,比较叶绿酸铜钠片联合康力龙和环孢素(CsA)治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。结果:加用叶绿酸铜钠片后,康力龙组及康力龙加CsA组疗效较前明显提高(P<0.05),起效时间缩短(P<0.05或0.01),血红蛋白上升30g/L所需时间明显缩短。结论:叶绿酸铜钠片可明显提高慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效,为临床慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗提供了一个新的方案。
Objective：To improve the treatment methods for chronic aplastic anemia（CAA）. Method：The outcomes of CAA patients treated with sodium copper Chorophyllin tablets and Stanzolol was compared with that of CAA patients treated with the Stznzolol alone. The outcomes of CAA patients treated with the combination of sodium copper Chorophyllin tablets, Stanzolol and CsA was compared with the outcomes of CAA patients treated with the Stanzolol and CsA. Result： Combined with sodium copper Chorophyllin tablets, the response rate of Stanzolol group and the response rate of Stanzolol and CsA group were significantly higher than those without sodium copper Chorophyllin tablets（ P〈0.05 or 0.01）, and a shorter time to response and for Hb to increase by 30 g/L were observed（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sodium copper Chorophyllin tablets can improve the efficacy of CAA patients, this provides a new method for CAA treatment.
