摘要
该文研制了逆转刀辊与开式推土铲组合的切抛土部件。应用模糊试验分析方法 ,对其升抛土能力进行了模糊分析及预测。试验表明 ,凹形铲刀逆转刀辊与开式土铲组合的切抛土部件 ,一次可完成切、碎、升、抛、平整土壤等项作业 ,简化了盐田铺膜机的整机方案 ;该研究为新型农田逆转旋耕机和盐田铺膜机设计提供了优良的切抛土部件。
A new type of optimum cutting and throwing soil component combining reverse rotational rotor with the blade with open type bulldozer blade was developed. Fuzzy prediction theory was used, for the first time, for predicting the lifting and throwing soil capacity of the rotor. A prediction model was also developed. Test results showed that cutting and throwing soil component combining the blade with open type bulldozer blade can continuously complete cutting, breaking, lifting, throwing and leveling soil. The maximum error between prediction data and test data was not more than 9.5% in this work. It provides a high quality working part for the design of Saline Filming Machine (SFM) and a new type of saline Farmland Reverse Rotational Deep Rotary Tiller (FRRT).
