摘要
根据犁耕中犁体曲面对土垡的导向约束原理、土垡在曲面上不自锁条件及曲面的微分几何性质,研究得出犁体曲面形成的一般规律应是:高斯曲率K≤0。满足此条件的曲面可有多种,但在实用上和工艺上最简单的才是最合理的。据此得出直纹和负常曲率两类曲面可作为犁体曲面的基本模型。文中分析了生产上应用较多的直纹面,并推荐了伪球面。
This paper, on the principle of directed constraint of plow-bottom surface in dealing with soil slice in the plowing process, the no self-locking conditions of soil slice on the plow-bottom surface and the properties of differential geometry, arrived at the conclusion that the general shaping law of plow-bottom surface should be the Gaussian curvature K≤. Many surfaces can meet this condition, but the most simple surface in practice and technology is the most reasonable. Based on this foundation, basic models of plow-bottom surface are ruled surface and negative constant curvature surface. Frequentlyused in production ——the ruled surface, have been discussed in this paper.Also the pseudospherical surface have been recommended.
