摘要
应用自制的秸秆粉碎工作部件试验台,进行了不同工作参数对工作性能的影响试验,根据试验结果和工作机理分析,给出了喂入口高度、留茬高度、工作腔间隙、甩刀切割线速度和甩刀结构参数等主要工作参数。
The paper conducts tests showing how performances are influenced by working parameters of a straw chopper on self-made test equipment. On the basis of testing results and analyses of working mechanism, the paper gives main working parameters, such as hight of entrance, hight of surplus stubble, clearance of working cavity, linear Cutting velocity of the blades, and structure parameters of the blades.
