摘要
由旋耕刀片的运动学分析得知,反转旋耕时,刀片的切土角变化较小、切土轨迹较长、切土速度高、垡片厚度和沟底不平度均较小。通过对刀片的受力分析,建立了计算旋耕阻力的数学模型,按此模型用计算机绘出的旋耕阻力的变化曲线与实测曲线基本吻合。反转旋耕具有一定的优点,可以在实际上应用。
The kinematic analysis shows that the reverse rotary tillage blade brings about smaller variation in cutting angle,longer cutting trace,higher cutting velocity,thinner slice thickness,and more even furrow bottom than those of conventional rotary tillage.A math- ematical model is developed to calculate the resistance of blade in soil cutting,and a set of curves are drawn by computer showing variation of cutting resistances.
