摘要
目的 分离鉴定景洪哥纳香化学成分。方法 用乙醇提取、硅胶柱层析分离 ,通过IR ,NMR及MS光谱分析法确定结构。结果 分得 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 8 羟基 7 苯基 2 ,6 二氧双环 [3,3,1]壬烷 3 酮 (Ⅰ )、10 氨基 4 羧基 3,8 二甲氧基菲 1 羧酸内酰胺 (Ⅱ )、10 氨基 4,8 二羟基 3 甲氧基菲 1 羧酸内酰胺 (Ⅲ )、β 谷甾醇 (Ⅳ )和 β 胡萝卜苷 (Ⅴ )。 结论 分得的 5个化合物均为首次从该植物中发现 。
OBJECTIVE To islate and elucidate the constituents of Goniothalamus cheliensis. METHODS The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were determined by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS spectra respectively.RESULTS Five compounds were elucidated as 8 hydroxy 7 phenyl 2,6 dioxybicyclo[3,3,1] nonan 3 one,10 amino 3,8 dimethoxy 4 hydroxyphenanthrene 1 carboxylic acid lactam,10 amino 4,8 dihydroxy 3 methoxyphenanthrene 1 carboxylic acid lactam,β sitosterol and β sitosterol 3 O β D glucopyranoside.CONCLUSION All compounds were separated from the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.for the first time.Among them,Ⅲ is a new compound.
