摘要
从雷公藤中分离纯化获得 6个三萜化合物 ,通过光谱分析分别鉴定为雷公藤三萜酸 A ,雷公藤三萜酸 B ,2 2β-羟基 - 3-氧代 - 12 -齐墩果烯 - 2 9-羧酸 ,雷公藤醇 A ,直楔草酸 ,雷公藤三萜酸 C .其中 2 2β-羟基 - 3-氧代 - 12 -齐墩果烯 - 2
Six triterpenoids were isolated from Tripterygium willfordii,their structure were identified to be triptotriterpenic acid A,triptotriterpenic acid B,22β hydroxy 3 oxo 12 oleanen 29 oic acid,wilforol A,orthosphenic acid,triptotriterpenic acid C by spectroscopic analysis. The third compound has been isolated for the first time from natural source.
