摘要
目的对辽细辛地下部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,通过理化性质和谱学分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为马兜铃酰胺Ⅰ(aristololactamⅠ,1)、7-甲氧基马兜铃酰胺(7-methoxy-aristololactam,2)、马兜铃酸Ⅳa(aristolochicacidⅣa,3)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,4)、5,7-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基柚皮素(5,7-di-O-β-D-glucpyranosyl-narigenin,5)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-甲基苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2,6-dime-thoxy-4-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)。结论化合物4、6为细辛属内首次分离得到,化合物2、5为从该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Asarum heterotropides Fr Schmidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel columns and identified on the physical-chemical properties along with spectral analysis.Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as aristololactamⅠ(1),7-methoxy-aristololactam(2),aristolochic acid Ⅳa(3),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(4),5,7-di-O-β-D-glucpyranosyl-narigenin(5),2,6-dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6).Conclusions Among them,compounds 4 and 6 are isolated from Asarum genus for the first time,and compounds 2 and 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
