摘要
综述了微量元素铁在人体内的代谢 ,包括膳食结构及膳食中蛋白质、热能、锌、钙营养水平对铁代谢的影响 ,妊娠期间和热环境下的铁代谢以及遗传缺陷疾病与铁代谢的关系研究成果 ,以期对预防缺铁性疾病有进一步的认识。
A review with 26 references is given on the metabolism of trace element Fe in human body including the effects of diet nutrients on Fe metabolism and the relations of Fe metabolism with hereditary defects, pregnancy and hot environment
