摘要
在pH为4—6条件下,用盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原为二价铁,二价铁再与邻二氮菲生成桔红色配合物,用分光光度法测定了鱼腥草、石菖蒲、茯苓、葛根、柴胡、甘草、银杏叶七种中草药中的铁含量。测定结果显示,药物中铁含量丰富,其中铁含量由高到低顺序为:石菖蒲,鱼腥草,葛根,柴胡(新疆),茯苓,甘草,银杏叶。测定结果为临床治疗呼吸系统疾病用药提供有用数据,为中草药中铁含量与中药的药效关系研究提供了科学的依据。
In pH 4 - 6, the Fe^3+ was deoxidized to Fe^2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride, then the Fe^2+ and 1,10-phanenthrolane produced a nacarat complexes. The content of iron in Chinese medicine which is Bupleurum Chinense, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fisch, Poria cocos, Pueraria labatb ; Grassleaf sweelflag Rhizome, Folium ginkgo and Heartleafhouttuymia was determined by 721 model-spectrophotometer at 510 nm. The result showed that there were comparatively rich iron in those medicine. The order is Grassleaf sweelflag Rhizome 〉 Heartleaf houttuymia Herb 〉 Pueraria labatb 〉 Bupleurum Chinense (pleated in Xinjiang) 〉 Poria cocos 〉 Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch 〉 Folium ginkgo. It provided useful data for curing the illness about breathe systerm and provided scientific data for studying the relation between the content of iron in Chinese medicine and the medicinal efficiency about Chinese medicine.
