摘要
通过正交试验得出了铬硅共渗的渗剂成分与工艺,并经电子探针与X射线结构分析,以及台架试验证明,45钢经铬硅共渗后可以代替2Cr13不锈钢制造中压阀门的阀杆。
This paper deals with the ingredients and the technology of the chromsiliconizing by orthogonal test. It is indicated by electronic probes, X ray structural analysis and platform test that the valve-stems in the medium pressure valves may be made of chromsiliconized 45 steel instead of 2Cr13 steel.
