摘要
本文介绍了以SO_2和NH_3为渗剂,对4Cr5MoV1Si钢制铝合金挤压模,进行气体氧硫氮共渗。研究了共渗温度、SO_2与NH_3流量比和换气次数等工艺参数对共渗层组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,经(565~570)℃×3.5h、换气5~7次,流量比0.8~1.2%最佳工艺处理的模具,表层形成了理想的氧硫氮化合物复相层,表面的FeS具有优异的抗粘着磨损性能,可显著提高模具的耐磨性,模具寿命提高到2~3倍。
In this papery gas oxy-sulpho-nitriding process of hot extrusion die which is made of 4CrSMoV1Si steel and used for aluminum alloy, by the medium of SO_2 and NH_8, is introduced. The influence of temperature, flow ratio of SO_2 to NH_3 and ventilation numbers on the structure and properties of diffusion layer is also studied. The optimum process parameters (565~570℃×3.5h, ventilation numbers 5~7, flow ratio 0.8~1.2%) are given by the experiments. A satisfactory oxy-sulpho-nitro-compound heterophase layer is obtained on the surface of die. FeS on the surface has excellent properties of adhere and wear resistance. Hence, it increases the wear resistance of the die significantly. The service life of the die is increased by 2~3 times.
