摘要 采用固气法对灰铸铁和球墨铸铁进行了铬硅共渗试验。研究了渗后的组织、渗层形成动力学、渗层硬度及耐蚀性。结果表明,利用固气法可在灰铸铁表面获得致密的、硬度较高的富铬渗层,其厚度达15~20μm。渗层的耐蚀性与0Cr18Ni9不锈钢在10%HCl溶液中的耐蚀性相近。此外,随着罐内渗剂量的增加,同等工艺条件渗层的含硅量增加,而其耐蚀性则由于渗层中含有较多的石墨及孔隙而有所降低。 The solid-gas chromosiliconizing has been experimented on grey and spherical graphite cast iron. Study is related to the microstructure, forming dynamics,hardness and corrosion resistance of the chromosiliconized layer. Results show that the layer of a solid solution containing a large amount of chromium can be obtained on the surface of gray cast iron, and it is a dense and high hardness with 15~20μm thickness similar to the corrosion resistance of stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 in 10% HCl solution. Also, it indicates that the silicon content of the layer increases with silicon agent in the retort pot. but the corrosion resistance becomes little down due to the more graphite and porosities in the surface layer.
