摘要
本文介绍3cr2W8V钢在950℃下的固体硼铬硅共渗工艺,以及共渗层的组织和性能。与渗硼和氮碳共渗相比,硼铬硅共渗层具有较高的硬度、耐磨性、热硬性、抗蚀性和抗高温氧化性。
This paper deals with the structure and properties of the case of 3Cr2W8V steel boron-chrome-siliconizing at 950℃. The case has higher hardness, wear resistance, red hardness, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance compared with the boriding and nitrocarburizing.
