摘要
探讨了氨水介质中痕量铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯二酚紫的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定乙醇和氯仿中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法,测定范围为0—40ngCu^(2+)/25ml,方法灵敏度为1.0×10^(12)gCu^(2+)/ml,回收率97%—99%,测定结果稳定.
The trace copper in ammonia water solution catalyze the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide oxidizing pyrocatecholviolet and it's kinetic condition were studied. A method for determining the ultratrace copper in C2H5OH and CHCl3was established. The determination range was 0-40 ngCu( Ⅱ )/25ml. The sensitivity of the method was 1.0×10-12g/ml. Recovery was 97-99%. It gave a steady and accurate result.
