摘要
通过偶联反应首次合成出新试剂2-(4-安替比林偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(AADMAA)。本文报告了AA-DMAA的合成、鉴定、酸离解常数的测定和它与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应的研究。在pH3时,AADMAA与Cu(Ⅱ)形成1:1的红色络合物,λ_(max)=495nm,ε=2.86×10~4,铜量在0~40μg/25ml内符合比尔定律。加入适当掩蔽剂,可以不经分离直接测定某些物料中的微量铜。
A new reagent AADMAA was synthesized. The acid dissociation constant of AADMAA was determined by spectrophotometry. At pH 3, Cu (Ⅱ) forms a red complex with AADMAA. The maximum absorbance was measured at 495 nm. The complex ratio of Cu ( Ⅱ) and AADMAA is 1:1. The molar absorptivity is 2.86x104, Beer's law is obeyed for 1-40g Cu(Ⅱ)/25ml. The selectivity of method is high. The method has been used to directly determine trace copper in some materials when proper masking agents were added.
