摘要
本文研究了在poregal O存在下,Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)与3,5—diBr-PADAP的显色反应条件,利用DDTC对铜配合物的分解作用,实现了差减法连续测定铜和锌。
Cu and Zn form purplish red complexes with 3, 5-diBr-PADAP and non-ionic surfactant peregal O at pH 7-10, with apparent molar absorptivities of 9.26×104 and 1.27×105 at 575 nm respectively .Beer's law holds up to 9μg of Cu or Zn per 25 ml. The Cu complex fades upon the addition of DDTC while the zn complex remains untouched. A sequential procedure for the determination of the two metals was developed on the basis of the above facts.
