摘要
痕量碲的测定,一般采用原子吸收光度法和原子发射光谱法等。本文研究了硫酸介质中痕量碲(Ⅳ)催化高碘酸钾、过氧化氢和中性红之间的褪色反应及动力学条件,建立了测定痕量碲(Ⅳ)的新方法。
A new catalytic method for the determinatiop of Te(Ⅵ) in sulphuric acid has been develo-ped. It is based on the catalytic reaction of Te(Ⅳ) on the discoloration of oxidation reactionbetween potassium periodate, hydrogen peroxide and neutral red. The sensitivity of the methodis 5. 16×10^(12)g Te^(4+)/mL and the analytical range is 0~0.2μg Te^(4+)/25mL. The method has been usedto determine trace Te(Ⅵ) in human hair with satisfactory results.
