摘要
目的 :设计山羊脊柱内固定的动物模型 ,研究脊柱内固定对固定邻近椎间盘胶原的影响。方法 :采用生化法测定胶原含量、胶原类型及胶原酶的变化以反映固定 3月及 6月后胶原的变化。结果 :脊柱内固定后椎间盘中胶原含量及胶原类型都有了显著性改变 ,胶原酶活性无变化。结论
Objective:A goat's model was used to study the biological effect on the adjacent intervertebral disc induced by internal spinal instrumentation.Methods:The collagen content the types of collagen and the activity of collagen enzyme were surveyed by biochemical technique at the 3 rd ,6 th months postoperatively.Results:The collagen content the type of collagen changed,the activity of collagen enzyme were of no change.Conclusion:This study suggests that spinal fixation accelerated degeneration of the adjacent segment disc.
