实验性胶原酶盘外溶核的肌电图分析

摘要 目的主要观察胶原酶盘外溶核后神经根的变化。方法使用丹麦维迪公司生产的Keupoint肌电图仪对40只家兔胶原酶溶核的实验组坐骨神经传导速度在术前及术后1,7,15,30d的变化分别进行测定。结果在实验组中,注射胶原酶后第1天坐骨神经传导速度明显低于术前,而第7,15,30天其传导速度较术前传导速度明显增快;对照组在注射后1,7,15,30d传导速度均较术前减慢。结论胶原酶治疗椎间盘突出,可使损伤的神经根得到恢复而对神经根无破坏作用。 Objective To investigate the change of the nerv e-root following the chemona cleoly sis out of lumbarintervertebral disc.Methods Forty rabbits in experimental groups were given chemonuclelysis out of c ollagenase injection .The sciative nerve conduction velocity were examined by key point e lectromy ography in preoperation an d at 1,7,15,and 30days postoperatio n.Results The first day after collagenase injection the sciative nerve conduction velocity was obrio usly slower than preoperation,but a t 7,15and 30days the conduction velocity was significantly faster t han preoperation.In control group t he conduction velocity was decrease d at 1,7,15and 30days after injectio n compared to preoperation.Conclusions The methods that protrusion of lumbar intertebras disc treated by collag enase injection can avoid injurying the nerve-root,and may give the change of recovery for the inju red nerve-root.
