摘要
目的 :研究DFRS椎弓根钉钢板系统在腰椎滑脱症中的应用。方法 :采用DFRS椎弓根钉钢板系统 ,治疗腰椎滑脱 46例。结果 :术后随访 1～ 3年 ,41例完全复位 ,复位率 89% ,术后 41例患者患肢疼痛症状消失。结论 :DFRS ,设计合理 ,操作比较简便 ,采用钛合金 ,不影响以后CT、MRI检查 ,手术复位效果好 ,符合生理需要 ,临床效果满意 。
Objective: To investigate the application of DFRS of pedicle screw instrumentation in lumbar spondylolysis.Methods:46 cases of lumbar spondylolysis were treated with DFRS.Results:All cases were followed up for 1～3 years,41 cases were reducted completely,with obliteration of pain of affected extremity.The rate of replacement attains 89%.Conclusion:DFRS is an economic and convenient treatment technology in treating lumbar spondylolysis with reasonable design,convenient operation and effective replacement.Meanwhile,it does no effect to scan of CT or MRI for its titanium content.
