杀虫丁杀螺效果影响因素的研究 被引量:6

MOLLUSCICIDAL EFFICACY OF SHACHONGDING AGAINST ONCOMELANIA SNAILS

摘要 目的 研究杀虫丁杀螺效果的影响因素。方法 不同温度、作用时间、药液 p H值、批号、阳光曝晒及不同类型钉螺条件下杀虫丁浸杀法杀螺试验 ;不同湿度的泥土的喷洒法杀螺试验。结果  2 5℃ 1d2 mg/L 的钉螺死亡率为 5 6 .6 7% ,2 5℃ 2 d2 mg/L 或 2 5℃ 3d1mg/L 的钉螺死亡率为96 .6 2 %~ 10 0 .0 % ;偏碱性溶液和泥土含水量大等有利于杀虫丁杀灭钉螺 ;不同类型钉螺和不同批号药品对杀虫丁杀螺效果影响较小 ;阳光曝晒则降低杀虫丁的杀螺效果。结论 杀虫丁灭螺的适宜条件是 2 5℃ 2 d2 m g/L 或 2 5℃ 3d1m g/L 以上杀螺效果较好 ,喷洒 2 5℃含水量大于 40 Objective To understand the factors which influence molluscicidal efficacies of the drug Shachongding (manufacturer) against Oncomelania snails. Methods Snails were immersed and sprayed with different concentrations under various temperatures, time, pH and humidity levels during different daily periods. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]When the snails were immersed in concentrations lower than 2 mg/L for 1 day at 25℃ under laboratory condition, the drug Shachongding gave a low molluscicidal efficacy. When snails were immersed in concentrations higher than 2 mg/ L for 2 days or in 1 mg/L concentration for 3 days the molluscicidal efficacy increased. Increasing pH or humidity of the soil, the molluscicidal efficacy also improved. The type of snails and different batch of the drug have limited influence on the molluscicidal efficacy. Sun light can decompose the drug and decrease the molluscicidal efficacy.Conclusion By immersing snails in 2 mg/L Shachongding solution at 25℃ for 2 days or in 1 mg/L for 3 days and by spraying snail in 25 ℃ with 40% soil humidity could achieve the best molluscicidal efficacy.
