摘要
目的 观察杀虫丁与八氯二丙醚复方灭螺效果。 方法 用不同浓度的杀虫丁与不同浓度的八氯二丙醚复配 ,进行浸杀灭螺试验 ,求得最佳复方后进行喷洒灭螺试验。 结果 0 .4mg/L杀虫丁与 4.0mg/L八氯二丙醚复方浸杀钉螺 ,2 4h增效 71% ,48h增效 73 % ;与 0 .6mg/L八氯二丙醚复方浸杀钉螺 ,2 4h增效 5 7% ,48h增效 60 %。 0 .2mg/L杀虫丁与 2 .0mg/L八氯二丙醚复方浸杀钉螺 ,2 4h增效 2 5 9% ,48h增效 2 3 3 % ;与 3 .0mg/L八氯二丙醚复方浸杀钉螺 ,2 4h增效 2 79% ,48h增效 2 5 0 %。0 .1mg/L杀虫丁与 1.0mg/L八氯二丙醚复方浸杀螺 ,2 4h增效 3 67% ,48h增效 2 19%。 0 .4g/m2 杀虫丁与 4.0 g/m2 八氯二丙醚复方喷洒杀螺 ,2 4h增效 3 3 % ,48h增效 2 4%。 结论 八氯二丙醚对杀虫丁杀灭钉螺有增效作用 ,其中以
Objective To observe the molluscacidal efficacy of shachongding mixed with octachlorodip ropyl ether against snails. Methods The molluscacidal efficacy of shachongding in different concentration mixed with different concentration of octachlorodip ropyl ether against snails by immersion and spraying was observed under laboratory condition. Results Under laboratory condition, when the snails were immersed in 0.4 mg/L shachongding mixed with 4.0 mg/L octachlorodip ropyl ether for 24 and 48 hours, the death rates of snails has added to 71% and 73%. When 0.4 mg/L shachongding mixed with 0.6 mg/L octachlorodip ropyl ether, the death rates of snails has added to 57% and 60%. When 0.2 mg/L shachongding mixed with 2.0 mg/L octachlorodip ropyl ether, the death rates of snails has added to 259% and 233%. When 0.2 mg/L shachongding mixed with 3.0 mg/L octachlorodip ropyl ether, the death rates of snails has added to 279% and 250%. When 0.1 mg/L shachongding mixed with 1.0 mg/L octachlorodip ropyl ether, the death rates of snails has added to 367% and 219%. When 0.4 g/m 2 shachongding mixed with 4.0 g/m 2 octachlorodip ropyl ether by spraying, the death rates of snails has added to 33% and 24%. Conclusion There was synergic molluscacidal efficacy of shachongding mixed with octachlorodip ropyl ether against snails, especially there was high synergic molluscicidal efficacy as it mixed with more than ten times concentration of octachlorodip ropyl ether.
