阳光曝晒对杀虫丁灭螺效果的影响

摘要 目的 了解阳光曝晒对杀虫丁灭螺效果的影响。方法 将药液配制、稀释并置入阳光下曝晒不同时间后移至室内 ,采用浸泡法进行杀灭钉螺的实验观察。结果 阳光曝晒 2 - 2 4 h(3d)后 ,钉螺接触 1.0、2 .0 mg/ L 杀虫丁药液 2 4、4 8h和 72 h的死亡率与相同浓度的未晒组相比 ,分别下降2 1.4 1% - 10 0 .0 %、2 3.86 % - 88.18% ;0 - 92 .5 6 %、3.30 % - 85 .74 % ;0 - 77.78%、0 - 4 4 .88%。经统计学处理 ,差异非常显著 ,(P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 经阳光曝晒后的杀虫丁溶液 ,其浸泡 2 4h的杀螺效果随曝晒时间的延长而下降 ,但浸泡 4 8h以上的杀虫丁溶液仍具有一定的灭螺作用。因此 ,建议在实际使用时 ,应避免强烈阳光 ,最好选择多云或阴天使用该药进行灭螺 ,以确保灭螺质量。 Objective To understand the influence on molluscicidal effect of 'shachongding' exposed in sunshine. Methods The chemical compound was weighted, diluted and exposed in the sunshine for a certain period and then moved into the laboratory. The molluscicidal experiment was performed by immerging tests. Results The mortality rates of snail exposed to the compound which in the sunshine for 2-24 hours(3d) were declined by 21 41%-100 0%, 23 86%-88 18%; 0-92 56%,3 30%-85 74%; 0-77 78%, 0-44 88% cmopared with that of compound without exposing in sunshine at concertration of 1 0 mg/L and 2 0mg/L for 24,48 and 72 hours, respectively. There are statistically significant differences among those groups (P<0 01 and P<0 05). Conclusion The molluscicidal effect of 'shachongding' solution exposed in sunshine decreased gradually with the increase of exposure time in immerse tests for 24 hours. However, it still had good molluscicidal effect in immerse test for more than 48 hours. So it is suggested that this chemical should be used in cloudy days to avoid strong sunshine in order to ensure the quality of mollusciciding.
