摘要
目的 :建立壮骨肾宝胶囊的质量控制的方法。方法 :用薄层层析法对壮骨肾宝胶囊制剂中的白术、黄芪、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别 ;用高效液相外标法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果 :鉴别方法简单 ,灵敏 ,准确 ;测定淫羊藿苷的线性范围为 12～ 10 0 μg/m L,r=0 .9991,精密度 RSD=1.2 % (n=6 ) ,重复性 RSD=1.4% (n=6 ) ,平均回收率 96 .8% (n=6 )。结论
OBJECTIVE:To develop effective methods for the quality control of Zhuanggushenbao capsule.METHOD:TLC was performed to identify Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Astragali and Herba Epimedii in the capsule preparations.HPLC was used to determine the content of icariin.RESULTS:The methods are simple,sensitive and accurate.The standard curve of icariin by HPLC was Linear in the range of 12～100 μg/mL,r=0.9991.The average recovery of icariin was 96.8%,RSD=1.2%(n=6),the precision test RSD=1.4%(n=6),and reproducibility test RSD=3.1%(n=6).CONCLUSION:These studies provide the scientific base for quality evaluation control of Zhuanggushenbao capsule.
