摘要
采用HPCE法测定淫羊藿中的淫羊藿甙的含量,用缓冲液为含20％乙腈的20mmol／L硼砂，电压25Kv，温度25℃，检测波长254nm。检测结果样品在25μg～250μg／ml范围内呈线性关系，r＝0.9999，天内、天间精密度RSD＜2％（n＝3），加样回收率98.35％（n＝3）。说明本法测定淫羊藿甙快速、准确，重现性好，为淫羊藿的质量控制提供了新的方法学手段。
A rapid and Simple HPCE method was set up for the determination of icariin. The addition of CH3 CN in the borate solution improved the peak shape of icariin and made it separated from the interference. The method was with good linearity and reproducibility and it provided a new anlytical method for the quality control of icarlin in Epimedium grandifiorum.
