摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定清宫龙凤宝中淫羊藿甙的含量，采用SpherisorbC18柱，4．6mm×150mm，流动相甲醇-水（50：50），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长270nm。测定结果平均回收率为101．38％，RSD＝2．1％。
A method for the determination of icarrin in Qinggonglongfenbao Oral Liquid by Rp-HPLC was described. A 150 mm ×4. 6 mm id. Spherisorb C18 column was used with.methanol-water(50: 50) as the mobile phase at a flowrate of 1. 0 mL/min and detected at 270 nm. The cefficient of icarrin was less than 2.2% and the recovery was more than 101. 0%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and of excellent precision.
