摘要
目的 探讨番茄红素对体外培养的人食管癌细胞的影响。方法 应用MTT法和流式细胞术手段 ,观察不同剂量的番茄红素对体外培养的人胚食管上皮癌细胞汕头株36代 (SHEEC36 )的增殖抑制及诱导凋亡作用。结果 MTT实验显示 ,番茄红素体外对SHEEC36细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。结论 番茄红素体外能抑制SHEEC36增殖。
Objective To explore the effect of Lycopene on Shantou Huma n Embryonic Esophageal Carcinoma Cell Line, No. 36 (SHEEC36) in vitro. Methods The inhibitory rate of proliferation on SHEE36 cell li ne was determined by MTT. The fractions of each cell cycle phase and apoptosis w ere analyzed by flow-cytometry. Results Lycopene showed inhibitory effect on the proliferation in SHEEC36 cell line. The cells treated with Lycopene for 72 hours showed that the percentage of S phase decreased and G 0/G 1 phase increased significantly with the increase of do sage..Sub-G 1 peak was detected by FCM, the ratio of apoptosis increased with t he increased dosage of Lycopene .There was a significant difference at the dose of 2 μmol/L.Conclusion Lycopene can inhibit the proliferation of SHEEC36 cells in vitro, and its anticancer mechanism might be the blockage of S phase in cell cycle and the induction of cell apoptosis.
