摘要
目的利用卫星搭载水稻种子 ,返地后 ,将其播种、栽培。观察与调查其后代的变异及遗传情况 ,以期选育出早熟的突变体 ,并定向培育成“赣早籼 47号”新品种供生产应用。并对这个新品种和原始对照品种的同工酶进行分析和研究。方法 1 992年 ,种子经科学返回式卫星搭载飞行 7d回收后种植 ,研究其种子长成植株后代的农艺性状、抗病性、丰产性、米质和过氧化物同工酶的变化。结果“赣早籼 47号”的农艺性状、抗病性、丰产性、米质和过氧化物同工酶都产生了明显的变化 ,并定向培育成供生产应用的新品种。结论水稻干种子在空间条件下所产生的变异是可以稳定地遗传给后代 ,并可定向培育成供生产应用的新品种。
Objective To observe and investigate the variation and h er edity of the offspring of dry seeds of rice carried by satellite,hence to selec t early maturing mutants,and to cultivate directly“Ganzaoxian 47” new varietie s for production application. Isozymes analyses and studies of the new varieties and its original CK varieties were made. Method Dry seeds of rice r estorer line were carried to the space on board a recoverable satellite for 7 d in 1992. After recovery the seeds were planted in the field to study the agricul tural characters, yield,disease resistance, rice quality and peroxidase isozymes change. Result Its agricultural characters,yield, disease resistanc e, rice quality and peroxidase isozymes all showed distinct changes, and new var ieties were cultivate directively for production application. Conclusion It could be considered that certain variations of the rice seeds induced by the space conditions were heritable to the offspring’s, and directive cultivat ion of new varieties is possible for production application. It could be used as a new method for mutagenic seed breeding.
