摘要
番茄种子经搭载返地卫星宇宙飞行355h,回收后地面种植,选择3个同工酶有差异的宇宙飞行处理群体植株进行RAPD检测。结果表明:在50个供试引物中,有18个扩增出了DNA带,共有166条,其大小在200~2000bp之间。与地面对照相比,宇宙飞行处理植株的DNA在5个引物出现差异,其突变的程度分别为4.5%、1.3%和3.2%。
The dry tomato seeds were carried in a recoverable satellite lasting 355 hours in space flight.They were planted on the ground.Three lines showing difference in peroxidase isozyme were used for RAPD analysis.Among 50 primers used in this experiment,18 primers generated 166 polymorphic DNA bands with size from 200 bp to 2 000 bp.Totally,the rates of DNA mutation of these three lines tested are 4.5% , 1.3 % and 3.2% ,respectively.
