摘要 利用高空气球搭载ZR9水稻干种子,在30~33km高空飘游8h回收后种植,并调查SP1、SP2代的性状表现和SP2单株与SP1代株系均植相关遗传力。结果表明,SP1代种子的发芽势和成苗率均降低,并出现了一些性状的突变、突变频率为3.39%。在SP1代所调查的株高、生育期等9个性状均出现了较大的分离,突变谱超出了SP1代,突变频率提高到4.31%。现代单株与SP1代株系均值之间具有较高的遗传力,认为高空环境引起的变异是可以遗传的。从变异后代选育出早熟、丰产的晚糯新品系可以证实。因此,高空诱变可以作为诱变育种的一种新途径。 Air- dried seeds of rice variety ZR9 were carried by high altitude ballcon(HAB)into highaltitude environment(HAE) of 30~38 km above sea level for 8 h.The character expression of SP1,SP2 generation and the correlation heritability(CH)between SP2’s individual plants and SP3 generea-tion average value were investigated.The results demonstrated that the SP1’s germination percentageand germination potential of seed and seed setting percentage were lower than the check’s.Some char-acters of SP1 generation mutated,and mutation frequency(MF) was 3.39%. More stronger segrega-tion of 9 characters such as plant height and growth period duration( GPD),were appeared in the SP2generation,The SP’s mutational spectrum exceeded that in SP1,and MF was increased to 4.31%. The CH between SP2’s individual plants and SP3 generation average value was high.So it was consid-ered that the variation induced by HAE may be hereditable.And a new early─ maturing,high grainyield japonica waxy strain was bred.
