摘要
研究了喷雾干燥法制造微胶囊型VE粉末的微胶囊化工艺及技术。结果表明:制造微胶囊型天然VE的壁材及其最佳组合为阿拉伯胶∶糊精∶玉米糖浆=22.5%∶25.0%∶52.5%,心材与壁材的适宜比例为6∶5,最佳均质压力为30MPa,最佳喷雾干燥造粒工艺条件为进料温度60℃、进料流量150mL/min、进风温度195℃、出风温度70℃。
This paper studied the spray drying microencapsulation technology of natural vitamin E. The result showed that the wall materials and their optimum composition was Arabic gum 22.5%,dextrin 25%and corn syrup 52.5%. The suitable proportion of core material and wall material was 6∶5. And the suitable homogenizing pressure was 30MPa. The optimum spray drying conditions for microencapsulation of natural vitamin E were the feed temperature was 60℃,feed flow rate was 150mL/min,temperature of entering wind was 195℃,and temperature of out wind was 70℃.
