摘要
研究了利用喷雾干燥法制取微胶囊型尼泊金丙酯的工艺技术 ,结果表明 :壁材及组分的最佳比例为 :阿拉伯胶 5 % ,微孔淀粉 2 5 % ,玉米糖浆 5 0 % ;心材与壁材比例 5 5 :4 5 ,最佳干燥条件为 :进料温度 5 5～ 6 0℃ ,进料流量 15 0ml/min ,进风温度 180～ 190℃ ,出风温度 90℃左右。
This paper studied the spray dying technology of ethylparaben microencapsulation.The result showed that the wall materials and their suitable proportion was Arabic gum 25%,Aperture starch 25%,and corn syrup 50%.The suitable proportion of core material and wall material was 55:45.Condition of spray dying:feed temperature was 55～60℃,feed flow rate was 150ml/min,temperature of entering air was 180～190℃,and the temperature of outing air was 90℃.
