脑膜瘤血管内皮生长因子与肿瘤增殖活性及瘤周脑水肿关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑膜瘤中的表达及其与脑膜瘤增殖活性、微血管密度及瘤周脑水肿的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测36例脑膜瘤组织中VEGF、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、第Ⅷ因子的表达,测定其阳性细胞数;瘤周脑水肿通过术前颅脑MRICT来评估。结果 脑膜瘤VEGF表达率为72%(2636),5例可疑表达;PCNA、Ⅷ因子全部表达。VEGF表达与瘤周脑水肿和微血管密度有显著正相关关系,其r分别为0.878和0.631;VEGF表达与PCNA表达没有相关性,其r为0.087。PCNA标记指数<25%者占97%(3536)。结论 VEGF存在于脑膜瘤组织中,在瘤周脑水肿和微血管形成方面起着重要的作用。脑膜瘤属于低增殖活性的良性肿瘤。 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF in meningiomas and its correlation with proliferating cell nuclear antigen PCNA、Factor 8 and peritumoral brain edema. Method The expression of VEGF,PCNA,Factor 8 in 36 cases of meningiomas was detected by immunohistochemistry peritumoral brainedema was assessed using preoperative MRI or CT scan. Result The expression of VEGF was found in 72% 2636 cases,PCNA and Factor 8 were expressed in all cases. The expression of VEGF had positive correlation with peritumoral brainedma and microvascular density,the expression of VEGF had not correlation with PCNA,PCNA labeling index were below to 25% in 97% 3536. Conclusion VEGF presents and contributes to PTBE formation and angiogenesis in meningiomas. Meningiomas belong to benign tumor with low proliferating potential.
