摘要
首先全面研究了乙醇精制卵磷脂的工艺条件 ,得出较佳操作条件为 :提取温度为室温 ,乙醇浓度 85 % ,提取时间 2 0min ,pH =10 5。其次 ,对卵磷脂精制产品进行了TG DTA DTG热分析 ,确定了卵磷脂的晶型转变温区、熔化温度、氧化裂解温度 ,发现卵磷脂在 32 0℃左右才开始分解 。
This paper systematically studied the conditions during purifying lecithin with ethnol,and the optimum conditions are:room temperature,85% ethnol,20min,pH=10.5.After thermal analysis of lecithin by TG\|DTA\|DTG,we determined its crystal\|shape\|transforming temperature,melting point and oxygen cracking temperature.We have found its cracking temperature was about 320℃ and the break bound was situated at phosphinylidyne.
