发状念珠藻人工栽培的初步研究 被引量:17

摘要 以旱地蓝藻发状念珠藻 (Nostocflagelliform ,发菜 )为材料 ,在青岛冬季 ( -2~ 1 0℃低温 )模拟发菜自然生境条件 ,成功地实现了 1个月内发菜的人工栽培。结果表明 :发菜的生长与栽培时间尺度有一定的关系 ,培养初期 ( 1周内 )发菜的比生长速率较快 ,日生长为 3.5% ,1 0d内发菜净增长了 4 2 % ,但培养后期发菜生长势头减弱。而赤霉素能明显地改善培养后期发菜比生长速率的降低。光照强度与发菜生长呈正相关性 ,强光有利于发菜生长。同时 ,实验结果还表明 :发菜除在夏天雨后或有雾珠天气条件下完成生长外 。 Nostoc flagelliform, a terrestrial blue-green alga of great economic value, was indoor cultivated successfully for one month by mimicking its natural environmental conditions during the winter season in Qingdao, a coastal city in the North-East of China. The results showed that the specific growth rate (SGR) of N. flagelliform was culture-time dependent, that 42% net increase in dry weight was obtained during the first 10 days cultivation and the maximal daily SGR was 3.5%. However, after 10 days cultivation, an undesirable decrease of the daily SGR was observed and could be prevented by addition of external gibberellin. Light intensity had positive dosage dependent influence on the daily SGR of N. flagelliform. This result also illustrated that wild N. flagelliform grows not only in the hot and/or warm seasons with rain, but also probably in the cold winter with snow and fog.
