摘要
应用主因子分析和聚类分析方法研究了青海不同产地地木耳中微量元素之间的关系.主因子分析证实了一个2因子模型能合理解释这些微量元素之间的相关关系;其因子得分可用于对不同产地地木耳质量的综合评价,聚类分析的结果表明当样本层次聚类分析聚成3类时,样本的类归属情况为海北州为一类,海南州、黄南州、海西州聚为一类,西宁市为一类.这两种方法说明不同产地地木耳中微量元素有差别.
In this paper, the factor and cluster analysis is applied to study the correlation between six trace elements in nostoc commune in different regions of Qinghai. The results offactor analysis show that a two - factor model interprets the correlation of these trace elements. Taking the factor scores as new variables, they are used to the comprehensive evaluation on quality in different regions in qinghai nostoc commune. The result of Q - cluster analysis showed that five qinghai nostoc commune samples clustered into three different groups. The nostoc commune from Hainan, Huangnan and Haixi was classified into one group, nostoc commune from Haibei as one group and from Xining as one group. This study can be considered as a basic work for the further research on qinghai nostoc commune in different regions.
