摘要
地木耳是天然的绿色营养保健食品,富含人体生命活动必须的6种微量元素和9种氨基酸。本文应用灰色关联分析,评价青海不同产地地木耳中的微量元素和氨基酸,构建1种质量模式识别模型,用总关联度评价地木耳总体质量的优劣。结果与实际相符。表明,灰色模式识别比统计模式识别模型有计算简便、适应范围广的特点。
Nostoc commune is a kind of natural nutriment. Six trace elements and nine amino acids for forming and maintaining the human's life activities in Nostoc commune are very rich. Based on the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), a pattern recognition model for quality evaluation of Nostoc commune was constructed and proposed with total correlation evaluating those Nostoc commune's general quality in different districts of Qinghai province, and the evaluating results were satisfactory and more reasonable. The GRA was superior to the statistical pattern recognition in its simplicity, rapidity and correctness.
