摘要
目的 :动态观察缺血性脑卒中患者血小板表面GMP - 140、血浆GMP - 140、白介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )含量的变化 ,进而评价不同方法溶栓及抗凝的效果。方法 :用放免法测定不同性质、不同程度、不同治疗方法缺血性脑卒中病人 80例及对照组 30例。结果 :血小板表面GMP - 140、血浆GPM - 140、IL - 6含量均高于对照组 ,且脑血栓形成组、短暂性脑缺血发作组均明显高于其它疾病组 ;溶栓及抗凝组血小板表面GMP - 140、GMP - 140、IL - 6含量治疗后均明显低于治疗前 ;动态观察溶栓后上述各物质含量随时间呈下降趋势 ;溶栓、抗凝联合治疗优于单项治疗。结论
Objective:To check the change of blood platelet surface Granule Membrane Protein-140 (GMP-140) molecule's number,blood plasma's GMP-140,and white blood cell medium-6(IL-6) in the patient with cranial apoplexy,further more to evaluate the anticoagulative effects of different methods.Methods:The 80 cases of this disease and 30 cases of the control group have been determined by Radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results:The contents of blood platelet surface GMP-140,blood plasma GMP-140,IL-6 in transient cerebral ischemia attack and cerebral thrombosis groups were obviously higher than other diseases and control groups;The contents of the blood platelet surface GMP-140,blood plasma GMP-140,and IL-6 after treatment were obviously lower than pretreatment.It showed that the contents of above factors dropped as time went by.The jointing treatment with streptokin and anticoagulation was better than the single treatment.Conclusions:It is helpful to treat the patients of ischemic cranial apoplexy with urokinase and low molecule heparin earlier.The jointing treatment is better than the single treatment.
