以转苷法合成了新型的非离子表面活性剂——十二烷基多苷 ( C12 - APG) ,并对其性能进行了测试 ,结果表明 :影响 APG结构组成的主要因素是 C12 醇和葡萄糖的摩尔比以及反应温度 ;而催化剂的量和正丁醇的量对 APG的结构组成产生影响不大 ;在此基础上获得了较佳的 APG的合成工艺参数 ,以优选的工艺合成的
Alkyl polyglycosides (APG) is a new type of nonionic surfactant. This paper describes the synthesis of C 12 APG by mean of trans glycosidation. The characteristic properties of the APG were determined. Experimental results indicate that the major factors affected on the structure of APG are molar ratio of dodecanol to glucose and reaction temperature, not the quantities of catalyst or butanol. The APG product synthesized with optimum technological parameters has a good surface activity.
