摘要
采用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以葡萄糖和十二醇为原料直接合成色泽良好的十二烷基多苷。研究了反应温度、醇糖比、催化剂、反应压力、反应时间、搅拌速率和中和剂对反应速率、产品收率及产品色泽的影响。结果表明,控制适当的反应条件,可以制得收率高、色泽好的产品。
A process for preparing dodecyl polyglycoside from dodecanol and glucose in the presence of a kind of acid catalyst was studied The effect of the reaction temperature, reaction time, feed ratio of dedecanol/glucose, catalyst, reaction pressure, stirred speed and neutralizer on the reaction rate, product yield and product color were investigated The experimental results showed that the product having high yield and excellent hue can be synthesized through a suitable process
