摘要
以烷基多苷、顺丁稀二酸酐为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过酯化、磺化反应合成了阴离子表面活性剂—烷基多苷磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐,探讨了各主要影响因素对合成反应过程及结果的影响。
The disodlum alkyl polyglycoside sulfosuccinate was synthesized by esterifying and sulfonating reaction of alkyl polyglycoside, succnic acid in the presence of p- toluenesulfonic acid, and influence factors of the synthetic process were also studied. The optimum conditions obtained by experiment were as follows: esterifying temperature 95℃, sulfonating temperature 80℃, amount of catalys is 1.5 % (based on the weight of succnic acid) ,n (succnic acid) :n (APG) = 1.5:1. The yield was 45.64%.
